Sales Policies
All items ordered will be held for a maximum of three (3) business days awaiting payment or arrangement of terms of payment. All items are 100% fully guaranteed to be authentic, original, and as described. Once a payment has been made, the sale is binding. We accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or personal check / money order. All funds must clear prior to shipment, and the buyer assumes responsibility for all payment-related fees.
Shipping & Delivery
Once paid for, items are generally packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping method is UPS. We can offer overnight / rush delivery if requested, and if possible, subject to fees. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Returns
All items are guaranteed authentic, original, and as described, but from time to time you may purchase something that is not exactly to your liking, and we understand, so we accept returns within 30 days, within the following guidelines. If we made a mistake in our description, payment will be fully reimbursed, promptly and in the manner in which it was originally paid. If we did not make an error in the description, but you simply changed your mind, we will allow a “shop credit” of the price of the item pending the return of the item in the exact condition in which it was originally sent. Items purchased as custom commissions are subject to consideration, but there is no guarantee that a return will be viable or accepted. Any item that is returned for any other reason is subject to a 15% restocking charge to cover shipping, listing, and handling.
